This week's suppers:
Monday -- brunswick stew
Tuesday -- tex-mex with what we have in the fridge
Wednesday -- meatballs with pepper & pineapple
Thursday -- leftovers
Friday -- veggie spaghetti
Saturday -- cuban braised beef
Sunday -- kale & white bean soup
This week (and maybe next) is all about using up what we have in the pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. And we have a lot. Some of the meals are old favorites and others are new recipes that I'm trying out for the first time.
